The main reason why someone would want to disable Recents. Let’s hide the icon dock! Click the apple icon then click “System Preferences”. Check “Automatically hide and show the Dock”. Here in the Dock setup page, you can also change the position of your icon bar to left or right. Also you can change the icon dock to smaller or larger. I was not able to find a way to hide app icon programmatically, only way seems to be to set LSUIElement=1 in Info.plist, so the apps which need to switch on and off icon depending on user option may have to have two app which share all the code using symbolic links except the info.plist files which will be different for different mode app. The macOS Dock is the handy bar of applications and folders that lives, by default, at the bottom of your Mac’s desktop. Over the years, Apple has added a number of options that let users customize how the Dock looks and works. Most of these options are found in System Preferences Dock. I know how to do that, the thing is the dock used to dissapear automatically when i enterd a full screen mode. I have never had to do anthing manually in order to hide it. Well it doesn't matter now. I don't know how, but it dissapears again on full screen. Thanks for the help anyways.
If you are running macOS Mojave or later, you have noticed the Dock at the bottom carrying a trio of recently used apps on the right alongside the regular apps. https://fokzak.weebly.com/mac-google-apps-launcher.html. The Dock adjusts the recent apps and updates automatically as you launch apps, and it’s quite useful if you want to quickly launch the most used apps on your Mac. But what if you don’t want it?
The recent apps feature was initially seen on the Mojave update and most users are just fine using it. But for some people, it seems the recent apps feature is useless, and removing it will reduce the clutter in the Dock.
The Dock at the bottom of your Mac consists of a total of three apps that changes upon the usage of the apps, how long you use the app, and how frequently you launch it. It could be iTunes, Safari, Google Chrome, Calculator, or any other. But those who prefer not to have the feature for any reason, the recent apps in the Dock can be disabled. https://fokzak.weebly.com/blog/notion-so-mac-app.
Note: This guide works only for macOS Mojave version 10.14 or later. If you are on any previous macOS versions, this feature won’t not available.

This is, of course, the biggest feature so it comes first. Just like it’s found on YouTube, there is now a Dark Mode on macOS thanks to the Mojave update. Apps adapt to the dark mode and this will give less constraint on the eye for those who spend a lot of time with their computer. Simply go to System Preferences>>General>>Appearance and click on Dark.
Dynamic Desktop

Continuity Camera
There is a reason the Apple ecosystem is unique, name it, the iPhone, iPad, iMac, Apple TV, MacBook…. All these are synched together. With Continuity Camera, all you need to do is right-click from your desktop on macOS Mojave and select Import from iPhone or iPad from the menu.
